Accomodations
University Residence Hall

Students attending the conference are eligible to reserve a dorm room in a residence hall at the University of Pennsylvania. The rate for accommodation is $59 per bed, per night. Additionally, there is a one-time charge of $150 for a dorm essentials set, which is applicable for the entire duration of your stay. This set is designed to provide you with necessary items for your dorm room.

Student housing is only for a single registered conference attendees; no guests or family members can stay in the dorms.

Please note that while you will have a private room, the suite will be shared with other students.

After registering for the conference, you will receive a separate email containing a link for the dorm room reservation.
